The moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Jayne, who welcomed us with homemade cake and tea-a thoughtful touch that set a nice tone for our stay. Our room was clean and well-decorated, and I appreciated the attention to sustainability throughout the property, from refillable shampoo dispensers to eco-friendly tea and coffee arrangements. My wife requires accessible facilities, and the room we booked catered to that effectively, which was reassuring. Each morning, we enjoyed a well-balanced breakfast, from fresh fruit to perfectly cooked options. The kids, aged 8 and 10, were thrilled with the variety and the friendly atmosphere in the breakfast room. Jayne and Terry were always available to provide recommendations for local attractions and dining, which added a personalized touch to our experience.
